I had the joy of photographing my sorority sister Molly's 3 week old baby boy. I couldn't believe how tiny both he and Mommy were. Seriously, pregnant women everywhere are jealous Molly! I love his little fingers and feet and big blue eyes. He's too precious for words...

Dana | Sneak Peek

Dana is one of those girls who is always smiling! She's so cute and petite- the minute I picked up my camera, she was beaming! Even after asking her to do fifty million jete's, climb a tree and cuddle with bugs, Dana still flashed that gorgeous smile and said "no problem!"

Lindsey | It Was a Dark and Stormy Night...

Ok, so it wasn't storming. But man, was it dark as we made our way back on the IDOT trail (they seriously need to install lights). Lindsey and I learned two very important things about ourselves tonight:

1. Never ask either of us to go camping. We'll be the ones at the hotel- you know with the mattresses and running water?

2. Neither of us will ever be contestants on Survivor.

I kept thinking to myself- was it really necessary to watch The Blair Witch Project way back when? No. The answer is no. Thankfully, I had the delightful Lindsey by my side to keep my mind off of what was really hiding behind those trees. And we got some fab shots (like there was ever any doubt!) Anyone else getting a Rihanna vibe from this shot?

Lindsey is such a sweetheart- and man, can she work it in front of the camera! Even with all the distractions (half naked soccer boys, skateboarders speeding around) she was fierce. And forget Rachel Zoe- I'm bringing this chickie with me on my next shopping trip!

Ok, seriously... how did I get lucky enough to get such fabulous 2010 Sr. Models?

Rachael was psyched for a City Lights Session and I don't shy away from a challenge! I lurrve experimenting with light (and lack thereof) and we got some fabulously funky urban shots.

Oh Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte, how I love thee...
You invigorate my glazed-over, staring at the computer screen too long eyes
and encourage me after a long day at the office.
Pumpkin Spice, you remind me why I love Fall
not only for the red and orange trees, smell of bonfires and crisp air,
but for your caffeine-coma inducing autumn taste
topped with whipped cream.

Miranda | Senior

I was Miranda's tutor when she was in elementary school (I swear, I don't have any gray hairs!) So I was thrilled when she asked me to take her senior pics! She has always had an outgoing, loud personality and I think that is a wonderful trait. She's a girl who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to go after it-or tackle it if need be!
